-- Developed plans and schedules for revision and expansion of SCDC product training.
-- Taught customers and employees to create Internet banking applications using S1 and Edify products on Windows NT, called the Edify course that most effectively prepared participants to use the product in the real world.
-- Developed technical training for systems administrators and developers supporting a complex software development product.
-- Worked with contractors to create course materials using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe FrameMaker. Materials included participant's guides, trainer's guides, PowerPoint slides, and hands-on exercises.
-- Wrote a new features summary for a major release, which was used by marketing and sales to explain benefits of upgrading to the new release to customers, vendors, and employees.
